The Department of Physiotherapy celebrated the World Yoga Day on June 21st, 2019. The theme for the yoga this year was “Climate action”. The college conducted a talk followed by demonstrations of asanas for the students. The program was conducted by Dr. Ashna Ratheesh & Dr Remya . They spoke about the benefits of yoga in daily life and they also told about its implications into the student life. It was a very interesting session and the students also practiced yoga. The program was inaugurated by Dr. Kamaraj B, Principal of the college. The whole program was concluded in the afternoon session. The students actively participated in the program.
