As per the directives of Kerala University Of Health Sciences, EKAIVA -college Union of AKGCIHS successfully organized a highly impactful Blood Donation Campaign on 20th June 2025, as part of Blood Donor’s day ,in association with Blood Bank Centre AKG Hospital Kannur ,demonstrating a strong commitment to community service and public health which was held at the College Auditorium. The event saw enthusiastic participation from students, faculty members, and esteemed dignitaries, underscoring its significance.The campaign was formally inaugurated with a traditional lamp lighting ceremony and an inspiring address by Mr. K.N. Mohanan, Vice President of the Kannur Cooperative Hospital Society.Following the inaugural proceedings, the blood donation drive commenced in the Electrotherapy Lab. A commendable total of approximately 70 students voluntarily donated blood, showcasing the strong spirit of generosity and civic duty within the EKAIVA College community.
